This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals for enterprise clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders (VPs, C-level executives) to identify business challenges and transformation objectives.
• Position HashSphere and asset tokenization/markets software as essential solutions for enterprise applications.
• Work in partnership with product, engineering, and solutions teams to shape and finalize deals.
• Propel revenue growth and market entry in a developing category.
• Contribute to defining and enhancing the go-to-market strategy as the company scales.
• Established history of successfully closing enterprise or strategic deals involving complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
• Proven capability to execute disciplined sales processes utilizing structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDPICC).
• Experience in selling technical products or platforms (cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, or emerging technologies).
• Ability to take charge of deal progression rather than merely participating in it.
• Background in selling technical platforms (cloud, infrastructure, or emerging tech).
• Strong sense of ownership in creating, qualifying, and closing the sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with web3, blockchain, or distributed systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience selling to the financial services sector, enterprise technology, or regulated markets.
• Proven track record of collaborating with technical buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and platform sales strategies.
