Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists the Finance Manager and Director in carrying out enterprise-level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting and analysis.

• Creates materials for reporting to the Executive Committee and the company's Board of Managers.

• Aids in maintaining the financial planning system, developing the system roadmap, and implementing initiatives for business process and system enhancements.

• Prepares and verifies consolidated planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Supports the creation of financial models and conducts scenario analyses.

• Maintains FP&A systems, performs data uploads, and manages reconciliations.

• Assists with risk management activities within FP&A.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis supporting business or technology sectors.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Familiarity with FP&A processes, financial systems, corporate reporting, and consolidation.

• A strong passion for operational excellence.

• Project Management skills.
