This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define both the short- and long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, customer requirements, and market opportunities.
• Identify emerging prospects by assessing healthcare data, artificial intelligence, analytics, advertising technology, customer insights, and competitive trends to create unique products and achieve a sustainable competitive edge.
• Prioritize product investments by balancing customer value, commercial potential, technical feasibility, strategic significance, and organizational capacity.
• Lead cross-functional product teams throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to commercialization—by articulating product requirements, prioritizing features, developing release strategies, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Establish best practices in product management, including roadmap governance, product discovery, prioritization frameworks, lifecycle management, and portfolio reviews that enhance execution, transparency, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to translate advanced analytics, predictive models, and machine learning capabilities into intuitive commercial products that provide measurable customer value.
• Ensure that products are designed in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Security teams to meet HIPAA, regulatory, contractual, and responsible AI standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Product Manager direct report by setting clear priorities, aligning daily execution with product strategy, and promoting a collaborative, accountable, and customer-centric product organization.
• Create commercialization strategies that enhance customer adoption, business value, and market impact by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, positioning, launch planning, and customer enablement.
• Work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers, agencies, and customer-facing teams to identify market needs, validate product opportunities, and convert customer insights into scalable product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to assess market trends, competitive positioning, and industry dynamics that inform product strategy and portfolio expansion.
• Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to develop business cases, evaluate investments, allocate resources, and continuously monitor portfolio performance against strategic and financial goals.
• Define and track key performance indicators that measure customer adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and overall business impact, utilizing portfolio reviews to drive ongoing improvement.
• Represent OptimizeRx to customers, strategic partners, and industry organizations by articulating the company's vision for healthcare data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and media innovation while acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Over 12 years of experience in Product Management.
• More than 7 years of experience leading product organizations.
• Proven experience in building commercial data products.
• Familiarity with cloud-scale data platforms.
• Experience in commercializing analytics products.
• Strong understanding of claims, EHR, and other healthcare or life sciences data.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in building AI models, including deployment in production settings.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics fundamentals and Machine Learning (ML) workflows.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, market research, or data-driven insights within the life sciences sector.
• Required experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life science industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret intricate data sets and derive actionable insights.
