This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement PadSplit's comprehensive AI strategy across the organization, encompassing adoption objectives, governance frameworks, enablement initiatives, and assessment of business impact.
• Direct the Analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and AI enablement teams, creating a cohesive data and AI organization.
• Propel the machine learning and predictive analytics roadmap, focusing on areas such as pricing optimization, risk modeling, search relevance, and future AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Manage the health, quality, governance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of PadSplit's data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Legal and executive stakeholders to develop ethical AI standards and responsible deployment strategies.
• Work alongside Product teams to create data-informed experiences and predictive features that enhance outcomes for members and hosts.
• Convert data and analytics into actionable insights that drive decision-making across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Evaluate emerging AI and machine learning technologies to identify opportunities for significant business value creation.
• Over 10 years of experience in data, analytics, machine learning, or AI leadership positions, including experience overseeing managers.
• Proven track record in leading both analytics and machine learning operations within a single organization.
• Demonstrated history of implementing AI solutions at scale and evaluating business results.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary data platforms, machine learning systems, analytics tools, and AI technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, and Hex.
• Clear perspective on AI governance, responsible deployment, bias mitigation, and customer impact.
• Capability to influence senior leadership, present to boards, challenge assumptions, and distill complex technical ideas.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to achieve business objectives through data.
• Practical knowledge of modern data stacks and experience in managing data quality, governance, and platform expenses.
