This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of sales operations, including managing the reporting pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, win rates, quota achievement, and representative productivity metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports that assist leaders in making informed decisions.
• Assess territory capacity and coverage to pinpoint areas of opportunity, overloaded representatives, and segments that are underutilized.
• Aid in account segmentation and territory design by leveraging firmographics, account potential, and historical performance data.
• Recognize breakdowns and inefficiencies in the sales cycle through data analysis.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to convert business challenges into automated solutions.
• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of CRM data quality and workflow logic.
• Document workflows and processes that are repeatable and maintainable.
• Construct AI agents and automations for tasks such as data capture, call and meeting summaries, drafting follow-ups, conducting account research, flagging deal risks, and supporting forecast narratives.
• Design multi-step agent workflows that connect CRM systems, email, calling tools, and various data sources.
• Manage an AI automation backlog and implement weekly enhancements based on measurable outcomes.
• Establish human-approval guidelines, CRM logging requirements, and safeguards against the propagation of erroneous data.
• Supervise automation accuracy, user adoption, time savings, and pipeline impact while continuously refining processes.
• Automate dashboards and reporting related to pipeline health, funnel conversion, representative activity, and attainment metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks, quantify their effects, and implement AI or process changes to resolve them.
• Monitor automation ROI, including saved hours, speed-to-lead, conversion improvements, data completeness, and forecast variance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Chief Revenue Officer and sales leaders.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel/spreadsheet applications.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is essential.
• Practical experience in creating AI agent workflows or automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Hatz, or similar platforms.
• Experience in prompt engineering is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, including reporting and workflow/automation setup.
• Background in territory planning, account segmentation, or capacity modeling.
• Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong project management capabilities, encompassing problem scoping, solution building, and delivery with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable driving change in collaboration with sales leadership and representatives.
• Preferred experience in Python and API integration.
• Experience in designing human-in-the-loop workflows and evaluation methods for large language model outputs is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in creating dashboards, bots, or automated workflows that have measurably saved time or enhanced leadership metrics.
