This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Vice President of Customer Success is tasked with developing and enhancing customer value, retention, and growth strategies.
• Transform the Customer Success team into a segmented, operationally efficient, and AI-driven function.
• Revamp the Customer Success operational framework to incorporate dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs) as well as pooled CSM engagement models.
• Spearhead the adoption and execution of a Customer Success platform while establishing lifecycle management strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale SaaS operations.
• Executive leadership experience in a SaaS or technology organization with intricate customer segmentation and retention strategies.
• Proven track record in redesigning or scaling Customer Success operational frameworks across both high-touch and tech-touch segments.
• Experience in implementing and operationalizing Customer Success platforms along with workflow automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, digital engagement strategies, and customer lifecycle orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance retention, adoption, and customer outcomes through operational excellence and scalable procedures.
• Strong executive presence with the capacity to influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.
• Experience in leading organizational transformation and managing change initiatives.
