Vice President, Commercial Strategies and Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Propel Aledade’s growth, market expansion, and competitive edge by leading and implementing flagship programs such as Aledade Complete and Patient Choice Services.

• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and act as a primary architect of our long-term commercial innovation.

• Create scalable venture strategies and develop new revenue streams outside of MSSP.

• Lead high-performing teams and expand transformative products across independent primary care practices.

• Directly impact the delivery of care on a large scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, product development, and go-to-market strategy, including a minimum of 8 years in management roles.

• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape, particularly in deploying new capabilities within a healthcare enterprise.

• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to simplify highly complex concepts for diverse audiences.

• Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives with successful programmatic outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams.

• Expertise in evaluating, designing, and optimizing healthcare products for practices.

• Proven leadership in product development and success with go-to-market strategies.

• AI & Tech Initiative: Proven experience in assessing, adopting, or scaling AI strategies (e.g., predictive risk modeling, automated workflows, or administrative AI tools) to enhance commercial product performance and operational scalability.
