This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Takes on a leadership role for both client and agency product teams.
• Oversees the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring all professional activities align with the established strategic direction.
• Manages creative development processes to guarantee adherence to the highest quality standards while effectively communicating the strategy and objectives across all channels.
• Acts as the primary liaison between client product directors and marketing strategy directors, addressing brand and business concerns.
• Directs and coordinates all activities among agency departments involved in the team.
• Reviews monthly and quarterly financial tracking reports alongside the Operations lead and presents these findings to the client’s brand management.
• Develops strategies to expand business with existing accounts.
• Oversees and engages in new business development efforts.
• Manages account team members and evaluates their performance both in relation to their client counterparts and internally with other creative and operational teams. Distributes project responsibilities and continuously reviews their progress to ensure professional development is achieved.
• Effectively leads client engagement initiatives, promoting organic business growth through strong client relationships.
• Skillfully oversees the account budget, identifies potential risks, and proposes solutions.
• Recognizes opportunities for process or procedural enhancements and recommends improvements.
• Actively promotes the company culture within the team.
• Excels in client relations to guarantee an exceptional customer service experience for clients.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a dynamic agency environment.
• Proven experience and success in leading cross-functional agency teams.
• High level of motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
