This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities with potential purchasers of forest carbon offsets.
• Create and execute thorough regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives, while adapting to the specific challenges of a small, burgeoning team.
• Build and oversee a high-performing business development region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives, while nurturing a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
• Utilize market insights and competitive analysis to recognize and take advantage of emerging trends and opportunities within the forest conservation sector.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to enhance sales processes, messaging, and overall client experience, concentrating on scalability.
• Serve as a primary liaison between regional clients and Everland's global leadership team, ensuring effective communication and support for strategic initiatives.
• Represent Everland at regional conferences, trade shows, and industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the company's mission and offerings.
• Other duties as assigned.
• A strong commitment to contributing to forest conservation, wildlife protection, and community livelihood development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, particularly within the environmental or sustainability sectors.
• A proven record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales and revenue goals.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead high-performing teams, especially within the context of a small, growing organization.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and foster relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate complex market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
