Vice President, Builder & Developer Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Savant's growth strategy for builders and developers throughout North America.

• Build enduring partnerships with national, regional, and luxury builders, developers, architects, and design firms.

• Design scalable programs that enhance specification, adoption, and opportunities for recurring revenue.

• Analyze emerging market trends and competitive landscapes in residential construction, smart home technology, and home energy management.

• Take ownership of revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the builder and developer sector.

• Forge strategic alliances with leading national builders, multifamily developers, and operators of master-planned communities.

• Promote the adoption of Savant's comprehensive intelligent living and energy management platform.

• Develop executive-level relationships with key builders, developers, utilities, HVAC manufacturers, solar providers, and ecosystem partners.

• Recruit, nurture, and lead a top-tier national builder sales organization.

• Collaborate with Marketing to create builder-centric programs, model home strategies, and demand-generation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of executive sales leadership experience in residential construction, building products, smart home technology, energy management, HVAC, electrical, or related fields.

• Proven track record in managing national builder and developer relationships successfully.

• Established capability to negotiate and finalize complex multi-million-dollar contracts.

• Experience in leading and expanding high-performing sales teams.

• Solid understanding of residential construction channels and effective go-to-market strategies.
