This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Concentrate on a selection of target accounts as identified by the VP of National Accounts.
• Create a Strategic Account Plan that showcases your comprehensive understanding of the client’s specific business drivers.
• Identify all decision-makers and key influencers associated with the account.
• Outline the strategy for pursuing and securing business from the account.
• Determine the sales team necessary to support the pursuit of the account.
• Maintain a balanced approach to nurturing long-term relationships while seizing upcoming opportunities and projects.
• Engage clients proactively by crafting and presenting a customized Value Proposition.
• Recognize and implement swift, tactical sales strategies to convert leads into new clients promptly.
• Lead the establishment of strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and other internal teams.
• Leverage various digital tools and CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage leads and opportunities.
• Over 8 years of experience in successfully pursuing new business, resulting in a portfolio of successful client acquisitions and conversion strategies.
• Capacity to balance long-term strategies while achieving short-term progress milestones.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with aggressive targets, excelling in persuasion, negotiation, and rapid problem-solving.
• Demonstrated capability to build networks and relationships with influential business decision-makers.
• Proven track record of consistently identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and acquiring new clients.
• Enthusiasm for sales with a solid grasp of selling fundamentals.
• Proficiency in qualifying prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts.
• Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to grasp complex financial models and business strategies.
• Willingness to travel nationally for 40% or more and fulfill additional responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, or a related field is preferred.
