Vice President, Broker – West Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales and secure new carrier partnerships to expand QuoteWell's presence.

• Support the ongoing development of wholesale operations at QuoteWell.

• Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with clients and agents.

• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm both new and existing business opportunities.

• Negotiate optimal terms and coverages available with accessible markets.

• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to create solutions that streamline processes throughout the entire policy lifecycle in the surplus lines sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Adequate experience that has enabled you to develop a substantial book of business.

• Required licenses for your specific lines of business.

• Strong sales and production skills.

• Capacity to manage high-volume transactions, quickly generating quotes and servicing policies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and written.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• A natural inclination to see projects through and a proven history of being resourceful when necessary.

• Willingness and capability to travel as needed to meet the demands of clients, agents, and new business opportunities.
