Vice President, Broker – Southwest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales and secure new carrier appointments to expand QuoteWell's presence.

• Support the ongoing development of wholesale operations at QuoteWell.

• Build, sustain, and nurture relationships with clients and agents.

• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm both new and existing business.

• Negotiate optimal terms and coverages with accessible markets.

• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to create solutions that streamline processes throughout the entire policy lifecycle in the surplus lines sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Adequate experience that has enabled you to establish a substantial book of business.

• Required licenses for your relevant lines of business.

• Strong sales and production skills.

• Capability to manage high-volume transactions, generating quotes and servicing policies efficiently.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• An inherent drive to see tasks through and a proven history of resourcefulness when necessary.

• Willingness and ability to travel based on the needs of clients, agents, and new business opportunities.
