Vice President, Broker – Southeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Propel sales and establish new carrier partnerships to expand QuoteWell's presence.

• Support the ongoing development of wholesale operations within QuoteWell.

• Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with clients and agents.

• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm both new and existing business opportunities.

• Negotiate optimal terms and coverages available through accessible markets.

• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to create solutions that enhance efficiency throughout the entire policy lifecycle in the surplus lines sector.

• Relevant experience that has enabled you to establish a substantial book of business.

• Required licenses for your specific lines of business.

• Strong sales and production skills.

• Capability to manage high-volume transactions, swiftly generating quotes and servicing policies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• An inherent drive to see projects through to completion, with a proven history of resourcefulness in critical situations.

• Willingness and capability to travel as needed for clients, agents, and new business opportunities.
