• Conduct regular data collection on machinery utilizing vibration analysis instruments.
• Evaluate vibration data to detect patterns and irregularities that indicate machine health.
• Generate comprehensive reports on findings and suggest maintenance measures.
• Work alongside maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all procedures.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments and technologies in vibration analysis.
• Present and showcase technology products and services to potential clients.
• Assess client needs and offer customized solutions to fulfill their requirements.
• Background in Mechanical/Electrical fields with a solid grasp of machinery.
• Certification as a Vibration Analyst is required.
• Competence in utilizing vibration analysis software and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective reporting and team collaboration.
• Additional certifications in other Condition Monitoring Technologies (Infrared, Ultrasound, Motion Amplification & Balancing) are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other computer applications.
• Relevant experience in condition monitoring or a similar industry is preferred.
