This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Analyze and define business needs within the life insurance sector.
• Serve as a link between business areas, operations, and technology.
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in life products, policies, coverages, pricing, and processes related to contracting, issuance, and claims management.
• Experience in functional analysis, requirements definition, and process improvement.
• Proficient in analysis and documentation tools (Excel, requirements management tools, process modeling, etc.).
• Ability to interpret business data and generate improvement proposals.
• A technical background will be considered an asset.
