This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Conduct routine data collection on machinery utilizing vibration analysis tools.

• Examine vibration data to detect patterns and anomalies that indicate machine health.

• Generate comprehensive reports on findings and suggest maintenance actions.

• Work alongside maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols throughout all activities.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in vibration analysis.

• Present and showcase technology products and services to potential clients.

• Comprehend client needs and offer customized solutions to fulfill their requirements.

• Background in Mechanical/Electrical fields with a solid understanding of machinery.

• Certification as a Vibration Analyst.

• Skilled in using vibration analysis software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.

• Certification in additional Condition Monitoring Technologies (Infrared, Ultrasound, Motion Amplification & Balancing) is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and other computer tools.

• Previous experience in condition monitoring or a related industry is preferred.
