Contract Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluating and scrutinizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertinent to clinical trial operations and vendor partnerships.

• Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess contract-related risks, identify areas for enhancement, and formulate strategies to address potential challenges.

• Keeping precise and current records of contract statuses, milestones, and deliverables through contract management systems.

• Offering guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract-related issues, including interpretation, compliance matters, and dispute resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related area, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.

• A solid grasp of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory standards applicable to clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing complex contractual issues and suggesting viable solutions.

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work in a dynamic environment.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Proficiency in Spanish and Italian.
