This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle deal processing by accurately creating and managing quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ within the service level agreement (SLA).
• Manage approvals by guiding deals through the approval matrix, monitoring their status, and involving the appropriate approvers to minimize cycle times.
• Assist representatives as the primary contact for daily inquiries related to pricing, packaging, and processes, responding with a service-oriented approach and advising on alternative contract options to facilitate deal closure.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining deal hygiene and accurate opportunity and quote information in Salesforce.
• Support the closing process by managing order processing and effectively prioritizing tasks during high-volume periods, with flexible scheduling at month and quarter ends.
• Escalate appropriately by identifying complex or non-standard deals early and transferring them seamlessly to the senior deal desk.
• Collaborate across functions by partnering with Legal, Finance, and Sales to facilitate, process, and execute both standard and non-standard deals.
• Enhance tools by supporting and improving our CPQ tool, DealHub, along with the related workflows.
• 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Knowledge of CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar systems).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive; comfortable managing high transaction volumes and pressure at period ends.
• Strong service mindset towards stakeholders and effective, structured communication skills.
• Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles.
• Not deterred by ambiguity or uncertainty, and adept at functioning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A clear and thoughtful communicator, especially when discussing and sharing sensitive data across various business functions.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory).
