This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recommend, develop, review, maintain, and update the company's forms database and any publicly accessible forms repositories on behalf of Frontline Insurance.
• Assist in preparing both oral and written communications with the relevant state Departments of Insurance and other regulatory entities throughout the filing approval process, which includes drafting filing memorandums and responses to state objections.
• Maintain a repository of filings that includes version history and secures necessary approvals during internal and state approval processes.
• Research requirements, prepare materials, and create and monitor electronic form filings in SERFF, FLOIR, and other state filing repositories.
• Conduct research and present data to relevant departments based on their requests.
• Responsible for developing and delivering work products according to negotiated timelines within various project stages.
• Assist in product reviews, which includes making product recommendations.
• Research and interpret ISO Circulars, state laws, statutes, and bulletins.
• Request data from the reporting team to query our databases for generating scheduled and ad hoc reports and analyses to support project requirements.
• 3-5 years of experience in personal lines and commercial lines technical underwriting, claims, and/or form development is required.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is necessary.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Capable of solving complex problems analytically and able to work independently.
• Proficient in conducting research and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, including homeowners and commercial insurance, as well as the interdependent processes among sales, underwriting, and claims.
• Experience with the Guidewire suite of products is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, and/or other Form Development Software applications such as RiskGenius, Mozart, or GhostDraft.
