Cloud Infrastructure Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate the client's cloud usage, taking a consultative and proactive approach to propose potential enhancements;

• Assess and implement improvements in the client's infrastructure with an emphasis on reducing costs;

• Offer support and maintenance for environments across major public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure);

• Engage in incident resolution at various levels, particularly with medium-complexity incidents;

• Actively work to enhance performance, capacity, and the efficient use of infrastructure resources;

• Provide occasional technical assistance to the team;

• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail;

• Dependability in meeting deadlines and adhering to schedules;

• Capacity to create technical documentation for use by both the team and clients;

• Demonstrated experience in cloud infrastructure support (preferably AWS);

• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and Windows);

• Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx, and IIS);

• Strong expertise in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation);

• Experience in creating and managing containers (Kubernetes, Docker, autoscaling, Spot.io);

• Proficiency in developing and utilizing REST APIs;

• Knowledge of infrastructure management practices;

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field (or equivalent experience demonstrating technical and practical proficiency in the role);
