• Innovetive Petcare is on the lookout for a skilled and strategic Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Marketing Manager to enhance our expanding network of 12–15+ specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals throughout the United States.

• This remote marketing leadership position is perfect for a veterinary marketing expert who possesses experience in specialty and emergency veterinary medicine, referral relationship management, healthcare marketing, and strategies for multi-location growth.

• The person in this role will collaborate closely with hospital leadership, field operations teams, referral coordinators, and centralized marketing partners to foster referral growth, boost case volume, enhance brand visibility, and support the success of local hospitals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.

• 5–7+ years of marketing experience in veterinary healthcare, healthcare services, or organizations with multiple locations.

• Experience in specialty and emergency veterinary marketing is highly preferred.

• Background in supporting referral-driven business models and initiatives focused on relationship-based growth is preferred.

• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and relationship-building are essential.

• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams without having direct authority.

• A strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills are necessary.

• Comfort in working within a remote, fast-paced, and self-directed environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for hospital visits, events, and field engagement.

• Preferred Technical Skills include experience with:
