This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with our technical equipment (hematology and biochemistry).
• Assisting veterinarians with the operation of devices and addressing technical concerns.
• Actively engaging with the team to ensure optimal customer service.
• Customer-oriented with a background in customer support.
• Strong service orientation along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English.
