
Veterinary Clinic Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist current Vetcove users by addressing inquiries through live chat, email, and phone promptly.
β’ Quickly diagnose issues and articulate scenarios and solutions in a clear and effective manner.
β’ Manage a variety of daily and weekly administrative tasks, including proactive account oversight, item issue reporting, item assessments, credit approvals, and more.
β’ Collaborate across departments to provide our engineering, partner, and corporate teams with insights on feature requests and suggestions for tool enhancements.
β’ Partner with vendors and industry associates to enhance communication and alerts between systems.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of processes to optimize support workflows.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of relevant, customer-facing experience.
β’ Associate's Degree (2 years) or Bachelor's Degree (4 years).
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Previous experience in chat support is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated patience and empathy when managing challenging situations.
β’ Capability to swiftly adapt and handle multiple simultaneous responsibilities.
β’ Strong eagerness to learn and assist our customers in achieving success.
β’ Positive demeanor with a team-oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills.
β’ Experience in tech/start-up environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
