This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls as per your designated tasks.
• Successfully complete training sessions and remain informed through continuous learning.
• Process and manage orders, address cancellations/changes, and request reprints or credits as needed.
• Uphold security and privacy in every interaction.
• Input data accurately and ensure effective follow-up procedures.
• Track personal performance and contribute positively to team achievements.
• Participate in outbound calling when necessary to achieve client goals.
• Assist in meeting team and organizational objectives while fostering a professional and secure working environment.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, banking, or retail is advantageous.
• Strong ability to multitask effectively.
• Keen attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary.
• A willingness to learn and develop through ongoing training is expected.
• Must complete and pass a bilingual assessment.
