This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Responding to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and SMS.
β’ Assisting customers with questions related to purchases and providing order support.
β’ Following up on outstanding inquiries and unresolved customer interactions.
β’ Accurately recording customer interactions and updates.
β’ Delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support.
β’ Fostering positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
β’ Prior experience in customer service.
β’ Experience in a call center environment.
β’ Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
β’ Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
β’ Ability to multitask efficiently across various systems and tabs.
β’ Basic computer skills, including typing, copy/pasting, and navigating software.
β’ Minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
β’ Positive demeanor coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
