This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver product or service information related to Altor’s offerings.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide precise information and support concerning products, services, and policies.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns.
• Assist customers with order placements, shipment tracking, and processing returns or exchanges.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
• Foster and sustain robust customer relationships.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is required.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, distribution, or production-focused environment is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred, including the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Required proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
