This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You drive the growth of our company by acquiring new customers, advising existing clients, and selling upgrades and upsells to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
• You conduct compelling online presentations to inspire new clients with our software solution.
• You consult with existing customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to secure long-term partnerships.
• You leverage your negotiation skills to successfully sell upgrades and upsells, maximizing revenue potential.
• You maintain close relationships with existing customers and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Additionally, you work closely and collaboratively with the entire team to ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
• Furthermore, you set clear goals for yourself and proactively work towards achieving and exceeding them.
• You have completed a commercial training program or possess a comparable qualification.
• You already have experience in software sales, preferably in the craft sector, or have a strong affinity for this industry.
• You possess a sales-oriented mindset with a clear focus on solution selling.
• You bring a high affinity for IT and software and can quickly familiarize yourself with new software solutions.
• You are strong in communication, confident in negotiations, and have a pronounced closing ability.
• In addition, you work goal-oriented, independently, and strive to exceed your sales targets.
