This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will acquire and develop B2B clients in the scaffolding sector, engaging them with our software solution and building long-term, profitable customer relationships.
• You will present our software compellingly – both online and on-site – and attract new customers.
• You will provide tailored advice to existing clients and establish enduring partnerships.
• You will sell upgrades and upsells, strategically leveraging revenue potential.
• Additionally, you will nurture customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Furthermore, you will set ambitious goals and proactively achieve them.
• You will travel to meet new clients and represent OneQrew at trade fairs and events.
• You possess a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – career changers from the scaffolding industry are welcome.
• You already have experience in software sales or a strong affinity for scaffolding.
• Additionally, you have a pronounced understanding of sales and solutions.
• You are characterized by a high affinity for IT and software.
• Your strengths include strong communication skills, negotiation security, and a focus on closing deals.

• You are proficient in using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
