This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible management of the sales territory in Northwest Germany
• Proactive acquisition of new customers and identification of new opportunities in relevant sectors such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals
• Strategic development of existing clients and establishment of long-term business relationships
• Management of the entire sales process – from inquiry to proposal creation and closing
• Conducting market, competition, and customer analyses to derive specific sales strategies
• Focus on the development of key accounts
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as Technical Sales, Backoffice, and international locations
• Utilization of modern CRM systems to manage the pipeline and sales activities
• Independent organization of daily work, including preparation for customer meetings and reporting
• Several years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in the context of complex products
• Strong closing skills and enthusiasm for active market engagement
• Ability to strategically develop customers and systematically expand potential
• Structured working style and sound prioritization decisions
• Initiative, reliability, and a strong focus on results
• Technical background (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar) is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• Proficient in using common Office and CRM systems
