📋 Description

• Inbound First Level Support for existing customers

• Technical customer service regarding issues with TV, telephone, and internet

• Tailored product advice and contract optimization

• Sales approach in every call

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience

• Ability to reliably adhere to working hours

• No secondary employment allowed

• Excellent German language skills (C1 level)

• Reside in Germany
