📋 Description

• First Level Inbound Support for existing customers

• Technical customer assistance regarding TV, telephone, and internet issues

• Tailored product advice and contract optimization

• Sales engagement during every call

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center

• Ideally in technical support for Vodafone

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales

• Excellent German language skills (C1 level)

• Reliable recording of working hours

• No secondary employment
