Vertical Market Development Manager – Boutique Wellness and Membership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete development of Boutique, Wellness & Membership Clubs from your local area.

• Offer new and enhanced strength, cardio, recovery, and comprehensive fitness solutions tailored for boutique, wellness, and membership-focused settings.

• Identify and engage directly with club operators, resort groups, wellness brands, nonprofits, franchises, and other targeted organizations.

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and discovery to proposal, closing, and order coordination.

• Assist in design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty oversight.

• Focus on your local market while also exploring broader opportunities in Boutique, Wellness, and Membership Clubs.

• Utilize our comprehensive service advantage over OEMs and national chains.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience selling to boutique studios, wellness operators, clubs, resort properties, or multi-location membership-based fitness organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to generate and close business in relationship-focused commercial fitness environments.

• Strong existing relationships with club operators, wellness buyers, resort groups, YMCA, JCC, or multi-location gym contacts are highly advantageous.

• A self-motivated individual who excels in relationship sales.

• Availability during weekdays (M-F) with flexibility for travel.

• Knowledgeable about the needs of Boutique, Wellness, and Membership Clubs, including member experience, aesthetics, durable equipment, seamless installations, and responsive service support.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must pass a clean background check and drug test.

• Maintains a professional appearance.
