📋 Description

• Optimization and development of existing insurance products

• Creation of internal and external performance overviews and comparisons

• Management of the diversification of the product and risk carrier portfolio

• Support in tender processes and negotiation of product setups

• Ensuring the development and maintenance of documentation

• Primary point of contact for internal product and support inquiries

• Participation in negotiation and integration discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or a degree in business/insurance management

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (specifically in the development of property insurance products)

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Team player with a structured and proactive working style

• Excellent proficiency in German and English
