This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for sales and revenue growth in the roofing system components sector in Southern and Eastern Germany.
• Acquisition of new clients from the fields of specialty trade, roofing system providers, and construction companies.
• Maintenance and expansion of the existing customer network.
• Conducting regular meetings with major clients.
• Frequent visits to customers and projects.
• Establishing long-term relationships with roofing contractors, dealers, system providers, architects, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
• Providing technical consultation to deliver solutions for specific roofing applications and projects.
• Development and placement of product specifications in collaboration with architects, planners, and engineering firms.
• Preparing offers, including negotiations, pricing strategies, and delivery terms.
• Managing the entire customer base in coordination with the internal sales department.
• Establishing and monitoring a structured sales forecast and opportunity pipeline.
• Designing and implementing the annual marketing and sales plan.
• Ensuring smooth order processing through close coordination with relevant internal departments.
• Conducting market research and analysis (competitive analysis, price trends, and market dynamics).
• Providing structured market feedback to support product development and positioning.
• Identifying new market opportunities, application areas, and customer segments.
• Taking on project management tasks in coordination with marketing.
• University degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry, particularly in the "roof" sector.
• Experience in building customer relationships.
• Knowledge and experience in flat roof systems and specifications are advantageous.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
