This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive fundraising workflows, including sequencing investor outreach, tracking pipelines, and establishing follow-up routines.
• Aid in the creation and enhancement of investor materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, data rooms, and narrative memos.
• Investigate target investors, family offices, strategic limited partners, and venture funds that align with Vulcury's investment philosophy.
• Consolidate investor feedback and align it with adjustments to strategic messaging.
• Assist in due diligence preparation and keep organized documentation for ongoing capital processes.
• Identify and monitor pertinent grant programs, accelerator funding opportunities, and non-dilutive capital sources.
• Keep track of emerging AI tools, model releases, infrastructure innovations, and agentic frameworks relevant to Vulcury's portfolio.
• Evaluate options for AI adoption across consultancy and venture contexts, considering build vs. buy vs. integrate pathways.
• Examine cost structures, scalability, vendor defensibility, and implementation trade-offs.
• Investigate agent-based workflow systems, orchestration platforms, and best practices for enterprise AI deployment.
• Analyze data architecture strategies, including semantic layers, structured pipelines, and AI automation frameworks.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis in AI-enabled sectors pertinent to portfolio companies.
• Generate structured research memos and executive summaries on strategic inquiries.
• Assess revenue models, monetization strategies, and positioning alternatives for emerging ventures.
• Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving skills across various research fields.
• Excellent written communication that is clear, concise, and well-organized.
• Intellectual versatility—comfortable navigating between AI technology, capital markets, and strategic analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage uncertainty, and fulfill commitments.
• Familiarity with fundraising processes, investor relations, or startup capital formation through experience, coursework, or self-directed study.
• Exposure to venture studios, early-stage startups, or consulting environments.
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or prompt engineering methodologies.
• Understanding of data systems, including APIs, databases, and the differences between structured and unstructured data.
• Previous involvement in investor outreach, pitch preparation, or due diligence support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data rooms, or management of investor pipelines.
• Direct engagement with venture incubation, AI strategy, and capital formation in an early-stage platform.
• Practical experience in coordinating fundraising efforts and interacting with investor-facing processes.
• Insight into senior decision-making across multiple ventures at the same time.
