Venture Development Intern / Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founding team on various projects, ranging from business model formulation to prototype creation, as well as business and service development.

• Identify bike shops that align well with our portfolio and establish them as long-term partners.

• Create blueprints and assess the approach and impact guided by the principle “Learn fast and fail fast,” with a typical cycle lasting between 3–8 weeks.

• Quickly become an expert in your field and, when necessary, lead small teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional academic performance and strong dedication in studies related to business/economics or a similar degree program, either in an advanced semester or during a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s.

• Hands-on approach – willing to do whatever it takes to sustainably resolve problems.

• Confident demeanor and strong negotiation abilities.

• Interest in delving into complex topics.

• Previous internships in a startup setting are considered advantageous.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
