Venture Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess investment and acquisition opportunities that align with FFG's strategic objectives.

• Foster relationships with founders, investors, and intermediaries to increase deal flow.

• Contribute to the development of the Foundry for Good Angel Network.

• Carry out market research, financial analysis, and strategic evaluations of potential investments.

• Assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and the preparation of internal investment memos.

• Enhance and document venture studio frameworks to facilitate venture creation and incubation.

• Keep track of the investment pipeline throughout various evaluation stages.

• Support efforts to establish FFG as an active buyer and a strategic investor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in VC, PE, or similar investment/portfolio roles.

• Residing in the Philippines with reliable availability for a long-term commitment.

• A demonstrated history of success in previous positions, backed by academic and professional accomplishments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
