Ventas, Atención al Cliente - Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing a product.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding Claro products through cross-selling.

• Manage incoming calls, with no cold calling involved.

• Work remotely from home.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• No experience required, although previous experience is a plus.

• Education level of Junior High School or equivalent.

• Must have a PC or Laptop running Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise.

• A headset is required for effective communication.

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps via wired connection.

• Availability to work full-time in the morning shift, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
