This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to providers and members via inbound/outbound calls, emails, live chat, and other communication platforms.
• Handle inquiries with empathy, precision, and professionalism.
• Offer clear and accurate information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Refer complex issues to leadership when necessary.
• Accurately document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM or case management system.
• Provide insights on recurring issues to facilitate process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure coordinated support.
• Direct issues to the appropriate departments.
• Achieve or surpass KPIs, including call quality, handle time, customer satisfaction, and adherence to scripts, quality standards, and scheduled working hours.
• Investigate claims and confirm insurance coverage.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and respond to member and/or provider concerns with compassion and clarity.
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems concurrently.
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
