This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage telehealth-related phone calls and email inquiries.
• Handle a consistent flow of incoming customer calls while utilizing multiple systems.
• Acquire proficiency in navigating three systems and managing an average of 20 calls daily.
• Respond to inquiries regarding services, provider availability, insurance coverage, and consultation costs.
• Assist patients in arranging virtual consultations with healthcare providers.
• Offer technical support for enrollment, scheduling, joining telehealth visits, and account details.
• Investigate discrepancies in costs, refund requests, and insurance coverage matters; escalate issues to the billing department as needed.
• Guide patients through self-service options for visit history, sick slips, prescription details, and medical records.
• Collect patient feedback on provider quality, self-service features, and visit connectivity.
• Provide thorough solutions to healthcare-related inquiries.
• Open availability for hours of operation: 24/7/365.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Capability to complete a 3-week virtual training course and 1 week of nesting with 100% attendance.
• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test on a computer.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
• High-speed home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• Ability to connect the work computer directly to the home modem using Ethernet.
• Satellite and wireless internet connections are not acceptable.
• A quiet, distraction-free, and clutter-free workspace, free from unauthorized individuals, writing utensils, or electronics during work hours.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to effectively multitask.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
