This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients from the Peruvian public to encourage them to switch their mobile operator to Claro.

• Manage work hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM with a one-hour break.

• Participate in remote training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a duration of 5 days.

• Work remotely from home.

• Conduct virtual interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum experience in a call center environment.

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home.

• Processor should be at least a Core i3 of the 10th generation or equivalent.

• RAM of 8 GB or higher.

• USB headset required.

• Internet speed of more than 40 Mbps via cable.

• Minimum educational requirement: secondary school.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.
