This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish and uphold a consistent approach to supplier management throughout the organization.
• Enhance the management of external vendors at Core, focusing on maximizing value, minimizing risks, and ensuring adherence to internal standards and ISO 27001:2022.
• Collaborate across various teams, including Operations, Security & Compliance, Finance, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Foster robust relationships with suppliers while promoting governance and consistency across the supplier network.
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository for supplier information.
• Take ownership of supplier-related ISO 27001:2022 controls to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Cultivate collaborative partnerships with suppliers and serve as the main point of contact for all supplier-related inquiries.
• Initiate and manage contract negotiations and supplier agreements.
• Define supplier performance metrics and conduct routine service evaluations.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with suppliers while ensuring compliance with established requirements.
• Oversee the onboarding processes for new suppliers and ensure their integration into internal systems.
• Discover opportunities for cost savings and optimization of commercial value.
• Enhance and standardize supplier management processes throughout Core.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor, supplier, or procurement management.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or information security frameworks is highly desirable.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple suppliers and priorities.
• Understanding of contract negotiations and commercial terms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on risk, compliance, and value creation.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
