This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for assisting the vendor services teams by generating daily traffic schedule reports.
• Evaluating open orders.
• Mitigating issues arising from vendors.
• Reviewing, updating, and approving Ship Override orders in the queue.
• Analyzing CRM Sales Contracts—redacting, uploading, and updating VMS notes.
• Managing notifications related to license discipline and expirations received from the Appraisal Subcommittee website.
• Reviewing and processing requests for vendor files and vendor applications in CRM queues.
• Providing vendor support, overseeing Encompass order shipments, and handling HW mailing.
• Maintaining and updating vendor information within individual profiles.
• Processing manual order entries for clients.
• Potentially responsible for vendor background checks and pending authorizations.
• May oversee the client exclusionary list.
• Processing new vendor onboarding documentation.
• Supporting vendor relations, assigners, status updates, revisions, and other staff as required.
• Offering assistance to internal and external clients based on specific needs of clients or the company.
• Managing incoming client phone calls through Finesse.
• Responding to phone inquiries or emails concerning appraisal reports and associated processes.
• Troubleshooting issues with the borrower mailing queue and submitting helpdesk tickets as necessary.
• Monitoring the Unpaid Orders queue.
• Performing clerical duties.
• Updating client orders submitted via Encompass.
• Daily updating of the attendance hotline.
• Assisting the Sales Department with fee quotes.
• Supporting Wells Fargo fee quote requests.
• Other assigned responsibilities, including cross-training.
• High School Diploma.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with AMC or banking environments.
• Familiarity with fast-paced work settings.
• Understanding of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of appraisal management and review processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong listening and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) at an intermediate level or higher.
• Aptitude for resolving problems and eliminating barriers to solutions.
• Negotiation skills to achieve mutual agreements with vendors concerning issues.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
