Vendor Solutions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and identify new product and solution opportunities for assigned customers and accounts.

• Build and enhance customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

• Interact with customers to ascertain their needs and promote relevant products and solutions.

• Configure, price, quote, and manage requests for hardware, software, services, and solution designs.

• Offer education and technical advice on product alternatives, renewals, warranty upgrades, consolidations, and other solutions.

• Market the TD SYNNEX product portfolio and encourage the utilization of its products and services.

• Negotiate terms including pricing, freight, return policies, substitutions, insurance, and terminations.

• Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to address pre-sales issues and escalate matters as needed.

• Follow up on quotes and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

• Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is required.

• A college degree or equivalent experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills is preferred.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required.

• Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification when necessary.

• Competent in using a 10-key efficiently and accurately.

• Strong data entry abilities.

• Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations.

• Attentive to important details and able to manage tasks efficiently.

• Clear communicator with the ability to convey necessary information effectively.

• Skilled negotiator, able to promote and sell ideas convincingly, and close deals with favorable outcomes.

• Strong multicultural interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Able to work effectively under stress and manage high workloads and deadlines.

• An associate degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
