This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Respond promptly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads.

• Establish trust and foster long-term relationships with clients.

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout every phase of transactions.

• Conduct home showings and facilitate buyer consultations.

• Present and negotiate offers, terms, and contracts effectively.

• Aid clients in making informed decisions within a competitive market.

• Utilize company systems, CRM, and technology to maintain organization.

• Monitor conversations and follow up to turn opportunities into successful closings.

• Leverage marketing strategies, branding, and tools to expand the database and referral business.

• Stay updated on market trends, contracts, and fair housing regulations.

• Engage in continuous training, coaching, and accountability initiatives.

• An active Real Estate License is required.

• New agents are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.

• Confidence or a desire to improve in negotiation and presentation skills.

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

• Coachable, driven, and motivated to achieve success.

• Interest in developing a long-term, sustainable real estate career.

• Experience in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
