This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the mortgage loan process from the initial application to the final closing.
• Gather and assess loan applications along with necessary supporting documentation.
• Request missing client information and perform comprehensive reviews.
• Acquire and validate income, assets, credit reports, and other financial details.
• Execute credit checks and verify disclosed liabilities.
• Ensure that applications adhere to Australian lending regulations and standards.
• Analyze Cashdeck for Livex and undisclosed obligations.
• Communicate with borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, lenders, banks, and various stakeholders.
• Submit applications via mortgage aggregator platforms and monitor their progress.
• Arrange valuations and manage the process from post-approval to settlement.
• Prepare and dispatch loan files for lender and bank approval.
• Follow up on applications to guarantee timely processing and approval.
• Address issues and discrepancies throughout the loan processing phase.
• Deliver customer service and assist borrowers throughout the loan journey.
• Perform CCR checks and request documents based on identified obligations.
• Verify Cashdeck/OpenBanking against declared Livex/HEM.
• Conduct preliminary serviceability checks using Quickli.
• Execute pricing requests and compare products.
• Prepare AOL for submission.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in processing Australian mortgage loans.
• Strong comprehension of Australian mortgage lending regulations and standards.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in mortgage processing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting processes and various loan types.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused mindset.
• Effective time management skills.
• Dedication to confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as Quickli, Apply Online, Mercury, and Property Hub.
• Familiarity with mortgage aggregator platforms including AFG, Connective, SFG, or PLAN Australia.
• Self-provided USB headset with noise cancellation capability.
• Functional webcam.
• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM.
• Primary internet service with a speed of at least 50 Mbps cable connection.
• Backup internet service with a speed of at least 25 Mbps.
• Dual monitor setup.
• BIR registration/contributions as mandated by the government.
• NBI or Police Clearance.
• Government-issued identification.
• Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM MNL time, Monday through Friday.
• Independent contractor agreement compliant with Singapore Law.
