Provider Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize various websites and systems to assess and enter enrollment information.

• Contribute effectively as a member of the team.

• Adhere to contract stipulations, business unit guidelines, and relevant legal regulations.

• Manage time, attendance, and punctuality effectively.

• Execute data entry tasks.

• Maintain focus and achieve performance goals while working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a metrics-driven environment.

• Proficient in using multiple monitors and systems.

• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid.

• Experience in fulfilling Service Level Agreements and contractual commitments.

• Capability to learn independently and seek clarification when needed.

• A dedicated home office or private workspace equipped with a door.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload.
