• Respond promptly to high-intent inbound leads from Zillow.

• Establish trust and cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout all phases of transactions.

• Conduct home showings and buyer consultations.

• Present and negotiate offers, terms, and contracts effectively.

• Support clients in making informed choices within a competitive market.

• Utilize Navigate's systems, CRM, and technology to maintain organization.

• Monitor conversations and follow up to convert leads into successful closings.

• Leverage marketing strategies, branding, and tools to expand the database and referral network.

• Stay updated on market trends, contract details, and fair housing regulations.

• Engage in continuous training, coaching, and accountability measures.

• Provide an outstanding client experience while enhancing production and business growth.

• Valid Real Estate License (Mandatory).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence or willingness to improve in negotiation and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

• Coachable, driven, and eager to achieve success.

• Commitment to developing a sustainable, long-term real estate business.

• Experience in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not essential.
