This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee daily interactions with essential operational vendors, focusing mainly on Health & Safety and Compliance services.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of vendor capabilities, service frameworks, geographic reach, and operational methodologies.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact between Oyster and its external partners.
• Ensure that vendors are prepared to deliver exceptional experiences for both customers and team members.
• Facilitate the complete vendor lifecycle, which includes onboarding, continuous relationship management, performance monitoring, and offboarding as necessary.
• Evaluate vendor performance in relation to established KPIs, SLAs, and service expectations.
• Generate reports and insights on vendor performance for internal stakeholders.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Oyster’s Health & Safety and Compliance vendor ecosystem.
• Collaborate with vendors to guarantee that services comply with regulatory, compliance, and customer standards.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Operations, Customer Success, Compliance, or a similar field.
• Proven experience managing external partners or service providers in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the capability to cultivate trust among internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in monitoring vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, or service delivery metrics.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage various priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
• Proficient in data analysis, trend identification, and converting insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in an evolving environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and achieve results without direct authority.
• Experience in managing operational challenges, escalations, and intricate stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams.
